She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward L. Evans and Roma P. Evans (Douglas); her daughter Debra Henrich; and her siblings, Herschell Douglas, Beverly Brackett and Barbara Willcoxen.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin L. Holt (Angel) of Festus, MO, Denise Wooldrige of Arkansas, Patti Infield (Rick) of Tennessee and Amy Cox (Glenn); and her siblings, Ranford Evans, Edward Evans Jr., Bob Evans and Darlene Schmitt. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
