He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Pankey of Wichita, KS; the mother of his children Deborah Garner; and his sisters, Debra Brzezinski of Mulvane, KS and Toni Crawford (Doug) of Perryville, MO. He is also survived by numerous family members and dear friends.
