She was predeceased by: her father Ray Carter; her brothers, Jerry Carter, Roger Carter and Randy Carter; and her daughter Vicky Dickinson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Buffy Alvarez (Tony) of Pevely, Jeanetta Parras of Pevely and Melissa Dickinson of Pevely; and her grandchildren, Dakota, Alexis, Seirra, Kaleeah, Jada, Erica, Christina and Adrian. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
