He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Lee Warren and Bertha Mae Warren; his wife Linda Warren (Diss); and his brothers, John Warren, Lester Warren and Charles Warren.

He is survived by: his children, Rodney Warren (Joy) of Festus and Sonya Warren-Lewis (Roger) of Festus; his siblings, Bobby Warren (Joan) of Jonesburg, Eugene Warren (Laverne) of Morley, Helen Warren-Goings of Saint Louis and Dolly Warren-Hutson of Jackson; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Ellie and Emma. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
