He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fischer and Dolores Fischer; and his sibling Gabby Copp (George). He is survived by: his wife Mary Carol Fischer; his children, Danielle Walker (J. J.), Pam Winter (Jason) and Timothy Fischer (Jen); his siblings, Rick Fischer, Dan Fischer (Chad), Ann Fischer, Mary Viefhaus (Jim) and Janet Breitenbach (Fritz); his grandchildren, Alex, Maddox Walker, Wyatt and Maxwell Fischer; and his pets, Prince, Susie, Licorice, Maggie, Tinkerbelle, Spice, Louie and Hobbs.

Memorial donations may be made in Bill's name to Rock Steady Boxing in Fenton, located at 2275 Cassens Court, Ste 107, Fenton, MO 63026.
