He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wade and Edna Wade; and his wife Jean Wade. He is survived by: his daughter Terri O'Brien; his stepchildren, Linda May Blackaby and Ralph Batchelor; his grandsons, Keith O'Brien, Scott Obrien and John O'Brien; his brother Lee Wade; his half-sisters, Judy and Carolyn; his nephew David Wade; and his niece Joyce Hansil. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
