He is survived by: his spouse Mary Rhodes Caputa; his children, Samuel (Angela), Nick, Dan and Devoted; his grandchildren, Mila and Dear; his siblings, Pauline Balossi (Gene), Cherished Uncle, Pauline McDonald, Josephine McCarthy (John), Rose Fagan (Tom), Carla Pascucci (Rick) and Gino Balossi (Jennifer); and his siblings-in-law, Sally Ramey (Rick), June Maginnis (Rick), Bonnie Barton (Jim) and Diane Rector (late Bob).
