He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Scott and Lenora; and his siblings, Hazel Vickers, Birdie May Klepper, Treva Fees, Janice Collins, Lloyd Scott and James Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Scott; his children, Neal Scott Sr. (Lisa) of Pacific and Nancy Scott Muir (James) of Gerald; his grandchildren, Tamara Schulte (Chad), Neal Scott Jr. (Brooke) and Traci Kleier (Doug); and his great grandchildren, Ava Carr, Lennox Schulte, Eloise Schulte and Paislee Scott. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Vandover Baptist Church.
