Whaley Jr. (Fenton, Missouri), born in Overland, Missouri, who passed away on September 8, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita and Orville Eugene Whaley Sr.; his son Kipling Whaley; and his brother Norman Whaley. He is survived by: his wife Ladonna Whaley; his sister Kathleen Withington; and his granddaughter Klarissa Whaley.
