She is survived by: her children, Michael Hargis (Patricia), Steven Hargis, Richard Hargis (Tasha), Melissa Hargis and Katherine Kane; her grandchildren, Sophia Hargis, Elleanna Hargis, Hunter Hargis, Nathan Hargis, DJ Phillips, William Hargis, Mia Hargis, Daron Phillips and Evan Hargis; and her brother Donald Otto, Sr.. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Breast Cancer Foundation.
