John Joseph Dachs Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Joseph Dachs of Fenton, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2025 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Joseph Dachs to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dachs and Agnes Dachs; his stepson Vernon Cox; and his brothers, Francis Dachs and Harold Dach.

He is survived by: his wife Rosie Dachs of Fenton, MO; his daughters, Mary Suchland (James) of O'Fallon, MO and Amy Jo Evans (Jason) of House Springs, MO; his stepdaughter Lesley Cox of Sedalia, MO; his sisters, Mary Williams (Bill) of Kansas City, MO and Amy Lux of Las Vegas, NV; and his sisters-in-law, Fern Vanderhorst of Sedalia, MO and Delores McHenry of Kirksville, MO. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Russell Colonial Funeral Home (530 E Springfield Rd, St Clair, MO 63077). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
