He is survived by: his wife Neva Butcher; his children, Sherry Hays (Walton), Alisa Boyher (Walton) and Jeffrey Walton; his grandchildren, Tyler Boyher, Kate Boyher and Lee Boyher; his great grandchildren, Eli Boyher, Liam Boyher and Mila Boyher; his sister Joyce Butcher Peery; and also, Judy Wilson Moran, Julia Wilson and Janice Peery Litton.
