He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd "Shorty" and Audrey Peters; his sons, James Peters (Anne) and Gary Peters (Michelle); his grandchildren, Abigail Joan Peters, Sophia Lucille Peters, Gary A. Peters Jr., Lucas James Peters, Katelyn Anne Peters, Holden Lee Peters and Ainsley Audrey Peters; and his brother Lloyd "Larry" Peters (Gloria "Sissy").
