She was predeceased by: her father Warren Groeteke. She is survived by: her former husband Dennis La Forest; her children, Erin La Forest (Richard Foster), Paul La Forest (Jennifer) and Mother Dorothy; and her brothers, John Groeteke (Star) and Charles Groeteke (Sharon).

But if you are compelled; her charities are the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
