She is survived by: her children, Regina Duff (Kent), Judy Hrdlicka (Dan Bartel), Janet Patrick (Philip), Joyce Perkins (Mark Hoelscher) and Jo Anne Pollard (Sid); her grandchildren, Amy Wood (Rob), Kent Duff, Jr, Jennifer Perkins (Jeff Headrick), Laura Minda (Tom), Phillip Patrick, Jr (Kaitlyn McNamara), Thomas Patrick and Mathew Pollard; her great grandchildren, Janey, Taylor, Leo, Ethan, Evelyn, Owen, Madison, Calley and Ariana; her husband Edward Hrdlicka; and her children, Pansy, Morgan, Opal, Dorothy, Guy, Charles and Mary.
