She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Clifford Watkins; her children, Pat Cooper (Robert), Tim Hughes (Sue) and Jennifer Greer (Mike); her grandchildren, Cindy, Jeff, Blake and Missy; her great grandchildren, Ally, Sarah, Rachel, Mackenzie, Anna, Brooklynn, Hallie, Hudson, Remi and Lincoln; and her brothers, Leonard and Arthur Neff.
