She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Church; her husband Jose J. Zamudio; her daughter Leticia (Timoteo); her grandchildren, Marina and Timmy; her siblings, Alberto Tabares, Carlos Tabares and Gloria Garza; and her sibling-in-law Arnulfo Garza.

In lieu of flowers, please make expressions of sympathy in memory of Consuelo to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
