With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Christine Carter of Fenton, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Matthew Carter; and her brother David Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Dan Carter (Teresa) of Lenexa, KS and Sarah Blink (Dave) of Longmont, CO; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Rorman (Blink), Gabrielle and Carter Blink; her sister Betsey Anderson of Webster Groves; her sister-in-law Tomie Anderson of Salem, MO; and her nieces and nephews, Kathy Nelson, Brad Anderson, Kristen Scott and Abby Barker.
The family requests any memorial gifts be made to World Vision International (worldvision.org) Carol cared deeply about this charity and supported it by sponsoring a child.
