He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Evensen; and his parents, Ralph Evensen and Marilyn Evensen. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Golightly, Brandon Evensen (Alyssa), Tara Evensen (Chris Ray) and Sophie Evensen; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Joshua, Tori, Addisyn, Timmy, Quentin, Lucas, Calvin, Thomas, Charley and Benny; and his brothers, Samuel Evensen (Donna) and Mark Evensen.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to National MS Society.
