He was predeceased by: his stepfather Larry Cochran; and his brothers, James and John Collins. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Eugene Collins, Sr. and Una Nadine Cochran; his wife Dawn Collins; his children, Amanda Gerber (Scott), Ryan Evans, Jacob Evans, Bradley Evans and Phillip Evans (Beth); his grandchildren, Hannah, Theodore Gerber, Bradley Evans (Ashlee), Angela Evans and Olivia Evans; and his great grandchild Annalee Evans. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
