He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patti Powell; his parents, Cecil Powell and Minnie Powell; his children, Daniel Powell and Michelle Crouch (John); his stepchildren, Dr. Sonny Arnel (Cindy) and Marcia Serles (Joe); his grandchildren, Madyson, Alexis Arnel and Carter Serles; and his siblings, Cecil Powell Jr. and Betty Hamilton.
