With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Collins of Fayette, Missouri, born in Kirksville, Missouri, who passed away on August 24, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo V. Collins and F. Maude Collins (Spearman); and his brother Kent Collins. He is survived by: his former wife Myra J. Collins; his children, Heather Hicks (Shannon) of Springfield, Geoffrey Collins (Melinda) of St. Louis and Matthew Collins (Ricka) of St. Louis; his sister Ann Smith of Fountain Hills; his grandchildren, Camille, Colby, Cade, Charlotte, Sam and Elaina; and his close friends, David Holman, Carol Chafee and Dave Brown.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Cure Alzheimer's Fund or the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research.
