He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling J. Barnett and Audrey Dean Paige (Ray); and his grandmother Mary Ann Barnett (Shields). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Barnett; his children, Charles Barnett (Wendy), Arlando Barnett (Latrice), Kimberly Chatman and Tereska Chatman; and his siblings, Gwendolyn Jackson, Cindy Paige, Ralph Paige and Terry Paige. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
