He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roger and Vivian Conklin. He is survived by: his parents, Randy Conklin and Sondra Conklin (Johnmeyer) of Fayette; his uncle Justin; and his grandparents, Kenneth "Butch" and Linda Johnmeyer of Fayette. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
