He is survived by: his children, Lisa Cook (Tony) of Fayette and Robert Collier of Rolla; his grandchildren, Tyler Cook (Kristan) of Edmond, Okla and Rebecca Collier of Dallas, Texas; and his great grandchild Julian Cook.
