He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Martin Haggard and Lida Davis Haggard; and his siblings, Henry Davis Haggard, Sue Haggard Sears and Joann Haggard Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Eddie Haggard (Laura) of Bear, Delaware and Paula Just (Randy) of Satellite Beach, FL; his granddaughter Katelyn Hunter (Alex) of Kansas City, MO; his children, Kristen Haderle (Kyle) of Melbourne and Ryan Just of Satellite Beach, FL; and also, Charlotte Beth, Joshua Paul, Bennett Alexander Hunter and Kolton Marshall Haderle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Paul's name may be made to Moniteau Chapel.
