It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Martha Holman of Fayette, Missouri, born in Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on January 5, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Carle and Emma Rogers (Dixon). She is survived by: her children, Dixon, Sarah, Martha, Dan and Clyde; her former husband Robert J. "Bob" Bricker; her children, Karl Bricker (Debbie) of Lenexa, John Bricker of Southport, CT, Patricia Bricker of Kansas City, MO and Kathryn D'Angelo (Frank) of Zephyr Cove, NV; her stepchildren, David Holman of Fayette, John Michael Holman (Cynthia) of Fayette, Steve Holman of Fayette and Carol Chafee of Fayette; her niece Becky York; and also, David Holman, John Michael Holman, Steve Holman and Carol Chafee. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren, along with nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the William S. and Martha Rogers Holman Scholarship at Central Methodist University.

“We were sorry to miss the memorial in June, but wanted to let you know how much Martha will be missed. She was a grand lady and always just that - a lady. Her ability to make others feel welcome and special was something that we will always remember. I visited with her on her porch shortly before she passed away, and she was as positive and vibrant as ever, making each day and each person feel "special." We laughed and reminisced about past theatre productions and all that went with them.”
