She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver C. Smith and Mary Alice Smith (Mallory); her son Jeff Wells; and her siblings, Charles A Smith, Wilbur V Smith, James H Smith, William R Smith, Oliver C Smith, Edgar O Smith, Mary N Johnson and Hazel I Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin Wells; her daughter Laurie Wells; her daughter-in-law Sherry Wells; and her granddaughter Katherine Wells of Fayette. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
Due the influx in covid cases in the county, it is strongly encouraged to wear a face mask for the services.
