He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira "Si" and Azile Lewis Dougherty; and his sister Devena Dodson. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Beaman; his children, Bill Dougherty (Paula) of Higbee, Danny Dougherty (Liz) of Fayette, Debbie Westrup (Philip) of Cherryville, MO, Charla Jay of Jamestown, MO, Cathy Turman (Paul) of Searcy, AR and Leesa Wyatt (Roger) of Fayette; and his siblings, Frank Dougherty of Fayette, Zed Dougherty (Evelyn) of Boonville and Gail Stubbs.
