He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Neil Skelly and Shirley Skelly (Clark); his son Neil II (Cassandra Skelly) of Princeton, MN; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Neil III, Ireland, Eden, Caleb, Claudia and Cortez; his sisters, Kayleen Wita of Lima, OH and Stacy Heeter of Defiance, OH; his friends, David and Chris Eidson; and his significant other Liz Edison.
