He is survived by: his wife Lola O'Brian; his children, Susan Weathers (Duncan) of Denton, TX, Scott O'Brian (Kathy) of Harrisburg, PA, Greg O'Brian (Lori) of Columbia, MO and Kevin O'Brian of Harrisburg, MO; his grandsons, Cory and Tim Weathers; and his children, Kelsey, Kalen O'Brian, Taylor, Kristen O'Brian, Brianna and Bailey O'Brian.

Memorials may be made in his honor to the Fayette Senior Center.
