He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Horace Thomas and Mabel Smith (Peddicord); his children, Santa, John and During; his wife Sandra; his sons, Kevin Smith (Jan) of Lee's Summit and Greg Smith (Stephanie) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Rachael, Jacob, Grace, Delanie and Grant; and his siblings, Billy Smith, Betty Pilcher and Dixie Smith. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Shepherd of the Hills Church or Fayette Optimist Youth Sports Program, in care of the funeral home.
