We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2017, at the age of 81, John Davis (Fayette, Missouri), born in Columbus, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William H. Davis and Lucille Davis (Eaton); his former wife Marilyn Jean Pettigrew; his children, Shelly Lee and Susan Lynn; his spouse Terry Ann Hitt; his daughter Susan Proctor; his grandson Tyler Proctor of Fayette; his stepchildren, Linda Bex and Mike Hauk of Nixa, MO; his stepgranddaughters, Rachel and Beth Frink; and his brother William Clark Davis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Fayette Senior Center or Fayette First Christian Church in care of Friemonth-Freese Funeral Home.
