He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Logan and Nora Williams Bell; his wife Evelyn Moore; his son-in-law Larry Stone; and his siblings, Andy Lorenzo Bell, Lela Vines, Vera Seagraves, Imogene Ayers, Opal Mae and Frances Louise Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Fred Bell (Linda), Donna Ryan (Kevin), Debra Stone and Dianna Offield; and his siblings, Eloise Dye and Cecil Bell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Central Missouri Honor Flight or the American Heart Association.
