She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Sr. Werner and Rachel Werner (Pemberton); her husband Don; and her brothers, Roy Werner Jr. (Katherine) and Bobby Lynne Werner.
She is survived by: her children, Dons'elen "Doddie" Frevert of Fayette, Doug Frevert (Maribeth) of Columbia and Donnie Frevert (Tracy) of Columbia; her sister Bonnie Blakely (Kenny) of Fayette; her siblings-in-law, Leon Frevert of Fayette and Annie Frevert of Fulton; her grandchildren, Kristin Henke (Mac) of Princeton, Samantha Decker (Trent) of Oologah, OK, Matt Frevert (Grace) of Columbia and Stephanie Bernard (Ryan) of Ashland; and her great grandchildren, Judd, Emma, Sadie Henke of Princeton, Colt, Jax Decker of Oologah, OK, Charlotte Frevert, Connor Thompson of Columbia and Reagan Bernard of Ashland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
