She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver C. Smith and Mary Alice Smith (Mallory); her husband Bob F. Collins; and her son Bobby J. Collins. She is survived by: her sister Lou Wells (Eddie) of Fayette, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
