He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Dougherty and Azile Dougherty (Lewis); his wife Doris Estill (Laborde); and his siblings, Lee Dougherty and Devina Dodson.
He is survived by: his children, Trisha Dougherty-Maass (Greg) of Riverside, MO and Dean Dougherty (Kitty) of Cowgill, MO; his stepchildren, Tammy Hayes (Tony) of West Burlington, IA, Terry Estill (Patty) of Fayette and Mike Estill (Cyndi) of Whitney, TX; and his siblings, Zed Dougherty (Evelyn) of Boonville, MO and Gail Stubbs (Kenny) of West Plains, MO.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
