He was predeceased by: his parents, William Garnett Marshall and Augusta Irene Shepherd Marshall; and his siblings, William G. Marshall, Mareta Rankin and Boneta Wagoner.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Eidson (Hitt); his children, Cheryl Erwin (Sheri) of Hazel, KY., Vince Marshall (Jane) of Utah, Jeff Marshall of Paris, TN. and Bradley Scott Eidson (Kelly) of St. Louis, MO.; his grandchildren, Flora Joyce Eidson, Perla Raquel Eidson, Megan Ottway (Chase), Jeffrey Todd Marshall (Courtney) and Maddie Erwin; and his great grandchildren, Clay, Bailey Ottway and Rowan Marshall.
