He is survived by: his wife Patricia Daniels; his daughter Rachel Phillips of Fayette; his brother Cecil Phillips (Carol) of Atlanta, GA; his aunts, Cecile Young of Fayette and Sue McNabb of Boonville; his brothers-in-law, Bill Daniels (Lanie) and Mike Daniels (Linda); his close friends, Morgan Forderhase (Liz) and Rob; and his grandchildren, Young, Steve Koirtyohann (Julie) and John Howell.
