He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde A. Mounter and Sarah Bee Mounter (Crigler); his spouse Gail Edwards; and his brother Tommy Mounter. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Mounter (Ralph Horne) of Columbia, MO and Mary Lay (Jim) of Franklin, MO; and his grandsons, Ethan Lay (Molly Dwyer) and Nicholas Lay. He is also survived by his wife, daughters and grandsons.
