He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa "Tweeta" McKee of Fayette and Donna Boulden (Brad) of Montrose, CO; his grandchildren, Paden Boulden (Karissa), Ethan Boulden (Annie), Cauy Boulden and Macy Boulden; his great grandchildren, Rial, Asa, Rhett, Easton and Braxton; and his former wife Judy Busker.
