He was predeceased by: his father Harold Lee Chew. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Chew of Ashland, Rachel Chew of Columbia and Hannah Chew of Boonville; his close friend Holly Hendrix of Glasgow; his mother Marguerite Chew of Fayette; his siblings, Eddie Chew of Fayette, Donnie Lusby of Franklin, Robin Henderson of Boonville and Tricia Ivy of New Franklin; and his half-brother Mike Chew of Springfield, MO.. He is also survived by six grandsons and one granddaughter.
