He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Coutts and Elizabeth Coutts (Muir); his wife Rose Semon Coutts of Fayette, MO; his son Charles Patrick Coutts (Jenny) of Harrisburg, MO; his brothers, John Coutts (Linda) of Midway, MO and Keith Coutts (Lisa) of Frankfurt, KY; his granddaughter Emily Coutts; and his niece Betty Martin. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
