He was predeceased by: his father Willard Thompson; and his sisters, Bettie May Crigler Geiger and Sarah Bee Crigler Mounter. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann George Crigler of Glasgow, MO; his children, Sue Ann Crigler Meyer (Jerome) of Glasgow, MO and Daniel Crigler (Cindi) of Defiance, MO; his grandchildren, Julie Ann Kiefer (Jesse), Christopher Meyer (April), Courtney Crigler and Kyle Crigler; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Daniel and Dayne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
