She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Valeck and Josephine Valeck (DeGonia); her husband Miford "Mac" Massey; her son Gerald "Jerry" Linn Counts; her siblings, Joe Valeck, George Valeck, Kenneth Valeck and Lena Shelton; and her great grandchild Charles "Chuckie" Pritchet.
She is survived by: her daughter Virginia King (Stanley); her granddaughters, Natalie McClintock and Gina Linn Johnson; her great grandchildren, Bradley Mahurin and Jared Sumpter; her stepchildren, Randy Massey, Greg Massey and Teresa Coin (Randy); her sister-in-law Gloria Shaw of Farmington; her nephew Kenny; and her nieces, Paula and Terri.
