He is survived by: his wife Annette Williams (Gibson); his son William Eddie Williams; and his siblings, Mike Williams, Tom Williams (Dottie), Sharon Goad (Brent), Deborah O'Neail (Jay) and Connie Ramsey (Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
