He is survived by: his wife Lucille Franklin (Buttry); his children, Polly Royster (Scott) and Drew Howe (Melinda); his grandchildren, Abigail, Dane, Garrett and Ryan; his brother Dwaine Franklin; and his cousin Michael Moutray.
