He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Marler (Gale) and Sandra Marler; his sister Vivaca Smith; and his granddaughter Vivian Marler. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his children, Briana Ross (Craig), Victor Jr. Marler (Shelby) and Cheyenne Shields (Seth Nickles); his niece Savannah Chapman; his brothers, Von Marler, Vance Marler (Brandy) and Vince Marler (Sheri); his granddaughters, Avery Ross and Evelyn Marler; and his great-niece Jovie Chapman.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Norman L. Rigdon VFW Post 5896 (814 E Karsch Blvd, Farmington, MO 63640).
