She was predeceased by: her parents, Benny Shoemaker and Dixie Shoemaker (Coleman); her son Michael Hooss; her grandson Jonah Hooss Huey; and her brothers, Ben and Denny Shoemaker.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Hooss; her daughters, Natasha Hooss Huey of Fredericktown and Natalie Alli (Shawn) of Belleville, IL; and her grandchildren, Autumn Geneva Huey, Makinna Alli, Michael Alli (Lillian Alli) and Judy Johnson (Darell) of Fredericktown.
