He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sanford and Sadie Sales (Gibson); his wife Sherry Ann Sales (King); his sons, Michael Thomas and Mark Steven Sales; and his sister Sadie Irene Cunningham.
He is survived by: his sister Linda Sales; his granddaughter Becky Sales; and his siblings-in-law, Thelma Sales and Jack Cunningham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Wounded Warrior Project. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Thomas Eugene Sales 's name.
